The one with the random tricep workout

I did this tricep workout this evening cos for some reason I thought that would be a smart idea after the million chaturangas (is that a word?) I did earlier. I did 12 reps of each followed by a minute of push-ups (from my knees cos I have the worst upper body strength in the world) for 20 minutes. It burned.

My arms were so sore that plaiting my hair afterwards also burned but I was motivated by my new hair ties from the other day. The little bow is way too cute.


After a short walk around the block (it’s only -11 😉 ) it was time to bust out these epic chips and my super cute bear chocolate from Christmas.


I’ve been trying to use the golf ball from hell (that thing really hurts) on my feet every night cos they are still super tight from waitressing and running even though I’ve had almost a month off. It makes me want to die but it feels a lot better afterwards.


Watching Lone Surviver (which was brutally intense) was an awesome end to the day. A whole bunch of men fell down this huge rocky hill in huge movie (is that a spoiler?) and my heart palpitations were through the roof. How do they even film that?!
