Anytime before 5am is too early to be awake in my book. It hurt.
Canadians are cool and have a word for crazy chaotic experiences- GONGSHOW. That perfectly describes our situation this morning. I got to the airport and there was the hugest line in the world there. I breathed a huge sigh of relief when we were finally on the plane (which they then had to de-ice, I’ll say it again, Saskatchewan is insanely cold).
Apple for brekkie in the airport. I was pretty excited about how the green apple matched the green chair and my green iPad (and yes that is a very forced it’s-too-early-for-anything smile).
Good bye – 35. It’s been real.
This is a super creepy aeroplane selfie and looks like my face is floating and I am very red because that’s what my face likes to do when I’m tired, but we are all besties here so I know you guys understand.
Apparently Vancouver is just a little rainy 🙂 So excited to be here!
Who likes flying? – I am not a huge fan, have always found it a little freaky, but I am a kiwi and we like to travel and I feel lucky every time I get to go on a plane 🙂
Favourite colour? – Yellow but green is my second favourite.

But I love Valentine’s Day because pink and red go great with black. Just sayin’. Maybe that’s why I like black. So many beautiful colors go well with it.
And I LOVE to fly. Love it. I love to travel and go everywhere. Safe travels and so glad you are warmer!

Eggplant is like the darkest purple ever. Nearly black. There’s a theme there. 😉
My husband has been to Australia a few times for work. Loves it…I would love to travel there. It’s on my go-to list! (let’s see how many of these I can post…)
