I used my culinary skills to reheat the below muffin and make myself the glorious bowl of cereal that if you look closely at you will see mini wheats under the Cheerios; heaven. I know you are all super jealous of my skills.
I then braved the rain for a little coffee. I am obsessed with going out for coffee because it makes me feel fancy and cultured and I just love the ritual. Because I can just drink coffee at home I don’t do it all the time but if I was rich then this would be a daily thing (after I buy my sausage dog puppy obviously). I am trying to blind you with my hat so you won’t notice my horribly chipped nails.
Then it was running time!!! I tried to look at stylish as possible and I think I nailed it π I seriously think running in pyjamas should become a thing cos it has been working out really nicely for me especially when I team it with my snow socks and snow coat and three sweaters. There was no way my badass snow socks were gonna fit underneath my pjs so I just rocked them on top, watch out Ralph Lauren, I really think this look is gonna take off. Yes I am a baby about the cold.
And this is the position I assumed within three seconds of walking through the door after my run. It felt so so good on my hip flexors and don’t judge me for lying on the questionable floor, I hopped in the shower to do the rest of my stretching straight after (don’t try it at home, I have a lot of skill and am willing to fall over multiple times because I am just tough like that).
After the run I was so hungry but didn’t have enough time to eat before leaving for yoga (stretching was more important) so I took brekkie number twoΒ to go. Yes that is a gigantic muffin.

I haven’t ever really tried yoga, some day though! And I want a sausage dog too! They are so cute! π

I love your pink hat! And that pose is my go to pose as soon as I walk in the door from my run. It’s a pain I do not enjoy. Even in a good way. But I do it because I’m a rule follower.

Woohoo on those 8 miles! And yes, love the running outfit π For a little while I tried a “yoga for runners” video on RunnersWorld.com. It really just made me think about all of the other things I could be doing. I have only been to one yoga class. I giggled the whole time as the instructor talked about finding our “third eye”. So, not such great results with my yoga attempts so far. I do enjoy doing yoga on the Wii Fit though. Does that count??

Thanks so much haha I’m pretty sure I got some weird looks π hahaha oh wow yeah that hippy dippy stuff used to distract me sooo much in yoga! Now I just think of it as different language for stuff we already talk about… Like to me the third eye is just about concentration. Third eye does sound pretty trippy though π and yeah that absolutely counts, whatever works for you personally is perfect! π
