Today I woke up and was like I NEED some yoga in my life (like, more than usual).
You know how it goes, feeling a bit blah, read five million academic articles, raining outside….
So I decided to old-school it and go back to the first EVER yoga I did. Ahh nostalgia.
Thank you Kristin McGee for being a sweetheart and providing me with what I still consider a lovely lil’ yoga practice even though I’ve done it a bajillion times already. She BRINGS IT every time and I love the burn I get from this sesh. The fact that this exact video was the only way I did yoga for about two years speaks volumes about how good it is.
Other remedies that took my day from blah to blinkin’ awesome after my sweatlicious yoga sesh:
Pizza and pancakes with bestie (what a combo right?!)
Twinning with purple shoes
Putting my feet up with a good book (please note the most adorable salt and pepper shakers EVER in the background)
