The one with SWEAT

What would possess me to take a photo of knee sweat in deliberately worse than usual lighting so you can all have the pleasure of viewing it properly?

(Btw how is there a hole on the outer ankle of my sock?)

Because when I see sweat, I feel proud. Sweat is victory to me, hard work, progress, passion, perseverance.

It’s not giving up even when it feels majorly OUCHIE.

I know know why Kayla Itsines called her app ‘Sweat’– because it involves rather a lot of it.

And I am OBSESSED.

Finishing a tough workout covered in sweat, knowing you gave it your all, that worn out and proud feeling, and then a nice shower to get all clean again = one of the best feelings ever.

Made even better when you follow it with a nourishing smoothie with Bestie of course.

(It was a wee bit windy 😉 ).

What does sweat mean to you?

Do you love getting sweaty working out or hate it? – I have grown to weirdly love it, when every inch of my body is sweating I know I pushed myself (or it is just really hot in Australia ha).

  1. Sweat = success to me!! Unless I’m standing in line at an amusement park in the middle of summer, then sweat is a major annoyance 🙂 But if it’s from a workout, then it’s all good!

  2. I don’t mind sweating for a workout as long as I can shower almost immediately afterwards. I can’t stand sitting around sweaty for forever but it’s a great feeling to sweat and know I pushed myself during my workout! (or like you said, know that it’s just way too hot outside haha)
