And some major, MAJOR calf foam rolling – my calves are dying from my HITT workout on the weekend. After telling you that I don’t know why you would want to do the workout but here it is cos we runners/worker-outers are weird like that.
- High knees (30 seconds x 5) …. I think these are what destroyed my calves cos it’s been forever since I did them… enjoy 😉
2. Bike abs (30 seconds x 5)
3. Jump squats (30 seconds x 5)
I did 30 second planks after each 30 seconds of activity so the workout was 15 minutes. Oh yeah, and I wore ankle weights. Cos I’m crazy.
What was your workout today?
Fave at home cardio move? – I had wanted to do a sprint HIIT workout outside but there was a torrential downpour so I got creative. High knees are always an easy at home cardio move for me (apart from the horrendous calf pain afterwards of course)
If you had to choose for the rest of your life- coffee or tea? – ….COFFEE ( I love tea too I just don’t need it to function 😉 ).
