You might be wondering how a little kiwi like myself ended up in the frozen wonderland you know as Canada. It’s a long story involving my life being a random whirlwind and me spur of the moment flying across the world to Canada to do a yoga course on a tiny island that I knew nothing about. NBD.


When I got there I thought I had accidently joined a cult and had visions of myself hauling my suitcase through the woods to escape. Luckily it turned out to be one of the most amazing experiences of my life, the people were some of the kindest I have ever met, the yoga course was magical, and it was basically a magical time for me.

My name is Jessica and that little story somewhat sums up the random adventure that is my life right now. I have no idea what I’m doing but I’m loving the ride.

Other things I love:

-My kiwiness. I hail from Middle Earth (New Zealand), I love NZ and my kiwi culture is a major theme in my life especially while I travel the world.

-Yoga. Yoga is a really big deal to me, I am the least flexible person ever but I am all about looking ridiculous while I nourish my body and soul with the practice that has become a huge part of my life.


-Running. I love running SO much. It makes me happy every day and I am way more fun to be around when I have gotten my running fix.

Those things all pale in comparison to how much I love my beautiful family and friends, so expect to see a lot of those things on here. Hang around so we can be besties too 🙂
